You are the regional training coordinator for a convenience store and gas bar chain. The company pays their customer service staff a competitive wage, but many workers are students and on average they work for the company for 12 to 18 months before moving on. The stores are often open until midnight and in some cases 24 hours. Late night staff are often troubled by customers who are rude and have been drinking or partying. You are designing a training program that will support staff in dealing with difficult clients while also looking after their personal safety.
