English term

step formed

English to Arabic Tech/Engineering Patents
• Regarding claim 2 citing claim 1, D1 discloses a convex portion of the convex connecting conductor (see figure 2) corresponding to the step portion of claim 1. D1 does not explicitly disclose the ring member and a silver-plated layer. However, D2 discloses a contactor having an outer peripheral member which is fitted to the outer periphery of a central base member and formed from silver or silver alloy by a cold spray method (see paragraphs [0004], [0033], [0040] and figures 1, 6) and D3 discloses a main conductor having a hollow shape and an inserting end portion having a step formed at the end thereof (see figure 2). Technical field of D1, D2 and D3 is same and claim 2 does not include any additional feature with a technical effect. Accordingly, it is obvious to a person skilled in the art to combine D1 with D2 and D3. Therefore, the subject matter of claim 2 lacks inventive step as being obvious in view of D1, D2 and D3.

English term (edited): step formed at the end thereof

يضم درجة في نهايته - ينتهي بدرجة

In simpler terms, "step formed" means that the end of the main conductor has a part that looks like a step, like a small staircase, where one part is higher or lower than the other. This feature is discussed in the context of a patent application and whether it is truly unique or if it has already been described in earlier documents (D1, D2, and D3). The question is whether this feature is new and inventive or if it's something that's already been seen before in the field.
