I have in mind the word "Scrivener"
And I found this:
"W2 (employee): The writer is working as an employee and is paid on an hourly or salaried basis. The writer may (or may not) be required to submit time-cards. Payroll taxes are deducted from the writer's pay, and a W2 form reporting total earnings is sent to the writer at the end of the year."
