الوجه الإنساني للتكيُّف، التكيُّف والواقع الإنساني

The translation of this title that is widely found on the Internet, as in this page:

http://wwwserver.law.wits.ac.za/humanrts/arabic/cescr-gc3.ht...

is incorrect because it fails to grasp the content of the study and the import of the title.

The "human face" mentioned in the title does not refer to the humanizing direction that the study calls for in tackling economic adjustment, but rather to the sad human reality that is found wherever the wrong approach is used. The study, in other words, calls for a reflection on this human face, so that future adjustment efforts may proceed in a more balanced, humane manner.

The two Arabic translations that I suggest try to bring out this meaning.
