You could either take the full hit in 2011 by creating an accrual instead of writing the £132K to the P/L and then simply reduce the accrual each week by the 0.75% or you can take the full write off to your P/L in 2011 and simply code the discount to your P/L on a weekly basis from your cash book posting.
