If the conditions specified in clause 9.2 have not been complied with and/or the Catalyst has been in any way Contaminated, JM may, by notice in writing to Anwil (to be given no later than fourteen (14) days after the later of (i) the expiry or termination of the relevant Lease Term and (ii) fourteen (14) days after the date of discharge of the Catalyst from the reactor at the Plant) notify Anwil that (i) title to the Catalyst shall be deemed to have transferred to Anwil without further consideration with effect from the date of the notice;
