nie znam się na tej dziedzinie zupełnie ale zdaje się ruggedness/reliability czyli odporność/niezawodność jest właściwością metody, lub systemu (a tutaj nadajnika), której właściwą miarą jest MTBF. (mean time between failures -- średni czas miedzy uszkodzeniami).

tu nawet widnieje odporność (na wstrząsy.) nie wiem czy o wstrząsy chodziło, ale coś z tego na pewno pomoże.
