Compania îşi rezervă dreptul de a interveni în (a lua parte/participa la) apărarea furnizorului de servicii împotriva oricăror pretenţii, dar pe cheltuiala acestuia din urmă. Cam asta înţeleg eu.

Dupa cum rezulta chiar din denumirea acesteia, interventia voluntara se produce in urma unei cereri a unui tert de a interveni intr-un proces pornit de alte parti, cerere prin care acesta urmareste sa-si apere un drept propriu sau pentru a apara dreptul unei parti din acel proces.
