German term
Pneumolabium
German to English
Medical
"Bei Kindern besteht das Risiko von Pneumolabien bzw. eines Pneumoscrotums."
I am assuming this is Latin and remains the same, but I need some confirmation. Thanks!

free air in the abdomen
Either you can leave it as it is, i.e. the Latin term, or call it what causes it: free air in the abdomen could cause pneumolabium (air in the labia of a female infant) or pneumoscrotum (air in the scrotum of a male infant).
