Similarly, he noticed decreased arm shaking.
Does that make sense? Why would his arm-shaking decrease or have I translated incorrectly?

Arm Swing

Decreased arm swing (movement of the arm forwards and backwards while walking), can be a symptpm of M. Parkinson.

It can also be one-sided,like in this case.
