Pentru Mihaela: Foarte utile informa�iile date de tine, dar �n cazul meu este vorba despre un al doilea proces, intentat de tat�l copilului dup� ani de zile de la divor� (copilul fiind �n custodia mamei), prin care tat�l cere s� i se dea lui copilul. Deci, din p�cate, nu mi se potrive�te nici una din solu�iile tale
