I would rather say that (or something similar). There is no context, but I suppose that he/she has analyzed them and, on the basis of that analysis, is now issuing a document. And I wouldn't translate "piesele" as "parts", they are individual documents that the file is made of. "pieces/items of evidence" would be also suitable in certain contexts.
