Într-adevăr, "to loll" e prea pe dinafară - eu l-aş traduce prin a lenevi, a se lăfăi, dar până la a se moşmondi e cale lungă...
Dacă nu dai context, aceasta este prima soluţie care îmi vine mie în minte. Succes.
