Infatti questo era il mio dubbio. Se non siamo iscritti al registro delle imprese né alla camera di commercio forse siamo esentati?
Proverò a chiamare la mia commercialista.

Aggiornamento: l'ho chiamata e anche secondo lei se non si è iscritti alla camera di commercio non è obbligatorio averla.

Anche in base alla mie ricerche e al parere del mio commercialista se lavori come traduttore freelance con Partita IVA non è obbligatoria.
