Translation - English 2.3 In case the accumulated fund of the DICOM is not sufficient for the pay-out specified in the Bank Deposit Law or the pay-out amount is to excess 50 percent of the fund, the source of the fund of the shall be accumulated in cooperation with the competent government authority.
2.4 The bank that wishes to obtain financial support from the DICOM shall fulfill the following requirements:
i. The Mongolbank has decided to transfer the deposits of the failed bank to the concerning bank and DICOM has received a recommendation to provide financial support to the concerning bank;
ii. Shall have a license to accept cash deposits;
iii. Its own asset sufficiency indicator shall not be less than 14%;
