I'm using 2 VMs in VMware Fusion on macOS Big Sur: one VM with Windows 10 that contains CAT tools and one VM with macOS High Sierra, that only contains Van Dale GW 5 dictionaries.

My problem was that the Windows VM should be allowed to connect to the Internet, while the macOS should not connect to the Internet and never be updated (updating could break the Van Dale GW 5 dictionaries).

Thanks to a tip from Alan, I found the relevant settings:

Thanks again, Alan!
