How to install a Word macro from the internet?
• Open the document that contains the macro definition.
• Copy the macro definition.
• Choose Tools > Macro > Record macro…
• Type a name for the macro.
• Optional: Assign a keyboard shortcut to the macro.
• Choose Tools > Macro > Macros…
• Choose Tools > Macro > Stop recording.
• Select the name of the macro you just created.

• Type a name for the macro.
• Optional: Assign a keyboard shortcut to the macro.
• Choose Tools > Macro > Macros…
• Choose Tools > Macro > Stop recording.
• Select the name of the macro you just created.
• Click the Edit button to edit the selected macro.
• Select all text from the recorded macro.
• Press Cmd+V to replace the text of the recorded (placeholder) macro with the text copied from the macro you found on the internet.

Note that the originally assigned keyboard shortcut didn't work. You can use Control+Shift+T instead (or any other keyboard shortcut that you prefer):
