After that, anything in the 95-99% marches and below is to be translated, of course with a different level of effort depending on the context, the quality of past translations in the TM, etc. Normally you would charge different rates for each of the match levels based upon your effort working on them.
I do this not for billing purposes, but to keep track of the pending work
According to the above report, what is the aproximate number of words that remain to be translated ?

Well, roughly it is correct. If you sum up all the non-100% segments, you get 111+224+235+497+149=1216. 1216 is even lower than 1244. Probably the latter includes 28 number-only segments or segments that only contain tags without any translatable text. Or there is something else that makes the difference. Weirdly your two screenshots show different Repetitions (314 vs 482).
