God's decisions/commands are inevitable

The best interpretation of Islamic texts comes from the Quran and Sunnah. The problematic word in this phrase is حكم. I search in the Holy Quran and found a similar verse,
﴿وَاصْبِرْ لِحُكْمِ رَبِّكَ فَإِنَّكَ بِأَعْيُنِنَا ۖ وَسَبِّحْ بِحَمْدِ رَبِّكَ حِينَ تَقُومُ﴾
They translated it as command or decision. Therefore, I would suggest your phrase as
"God's decisions/commands are inevitable"

There's none who can repel from God's judgement/rule

There's none who can repel from God's rule is better
وَإِن يَمْسَسْكَ اللّهُ بِضُرٍّ فَلاَ كَاشِفَ لَهُ إِلاَّ هُوَ وَإِن يُرِدْكَ بِخَيْرٍ فَلاَ رَآدَّ لِفَضْلِهِ يُصَيبُ بِهِ مَن يَشَاء مِنْ عِبَادِهِ
And if He intends any good for you, there is none who can repel His Virtue ...
