stubborn, rebel
in slang, when you call someone Namrood, it means he's so stubborn, never listens; or, that he rebels against everything

apparently it has different slang uses. Nimrod in \"our\" slang Arabic means:
راسه يابس - عنيد - فظ - متمرد بغباء

the English Nimrod is derived from the Arabic, said to be the great hunter and grandson of Noah. the asker wanted the meaning in Arabic, so I assumed he wanted what it means in Arabic slang rather than in American slang!

حمار
The closest Arabic equivalent to the deragatory term "nimrod" (in the sense of "fool," "buffoon") is حمار (literally "donkey" as in the English "jackass"). It's pronounced Himaar, with the initial "H" being heavily aspirated (pretend you're trying to fog up a mirror).
This term is used colloquially in most Arabic-speaking countries, but it is Standard Arabic.

FYI
See my note above. This term is similar to "schmuck", which is widely used by lots of people unaware of its original meaning ("penis", in Yiddish). You can (probably) say "nimrod" without being offensive; its not necessarily a dirty word (unlike "dick"). It was in fairly common use when I was a kid (20+ years ago). I'm afraid my colloquial Arabic isn't good enough to come up with a word; I'm sure fusha terms like " زبر " or " قضيب " are too coarse or literal.

According the Badawi and Hinds (A Dictionary of Egyptian Arabic), \"namrood\" in Egyptian colloquial means 1. insolently ungrateful, and 2. naughty, mischievous. Much as randa2 pointed out. However, this is most definitely NOT the sense \"nimrod\" in US English. I seems plausible that \"nimrod\" (English) and \"

Thanks; I like " اهبل ", especially because it seems to retain a touch of obscenity by connotation (" مهبل ").
