On an official stamp, confirming that a signature on a document is the person they claim to be. The stamp begins:
"2o Ofício Extrajudicial: Registro Civil, Tabelionato, Protesto e Pessoa Jurídica."
I guess it is a government office that handles official out-of-court duties, but I don't know what sort of title that should be. In the US, I think 2nd County Clerks Office would be suitable, but I'm translating it for Australia/NZ, so a British English equivalent would be great.
