In the event as provided under clause I of heading/chapter/title .........
Caput in this context cud mean several things, without seeing the full context I do not know exactly what it is refering to ie, a heading, a chapter, a specific title paragraph etc etc, it should also be accompanied with a number or title otherwise the reader will not know which heading, chapter etc clause I refers to??
