I think "o material" refers to the work being proposed, so I'd say something like: ".. and all aspects of the work (or services) involved (or proposed) will fall exclusively within that scope of work.

o material = o mural da foto

O material, aqui, refere-se ao mural da foto, mencionado anteriormente. Em Pt procura-se não se repetir as palavras, usando-se um sinônimo ou termo substitutivo, o que pode ocasionar mal-entendidos.

1) EIther the mural is directly on the wall, the picture is glued on
2) or there is a structure holding the photo on the wall, making is a mural

o mural da foto is odd...wouldn't it be: a fota-mural or a picture mounted on a wall??
