I am convinced this has nothing to do with a church or temple. My gut reaction is it means a warehouse of something similar, but I cannot find lexical confirmation in the diffrent dictionaries I have. This is a company leasing the land for the transporation of pallets, vats and containers.

Here is the context:

Pelo presente contrato, o SENHORIO dá de arrendamento à ARRENDATÁRIA e esta toma de arrendamento a área de 13.491 m2, dos quais 1.398,40 m2 são de nave e 366,40 m2 de área coberta, do imóvel identificado no Considerando I supra, com a localização indicada na planta anexa ao presente Contrato, a qual faz dele parte integrante.
