View Transit xml outside of Transit?

Is it possible to create a stylesheet or other solution to view Transit xml files outside of Transit?

What you seem to have here is XML inside XML. If you find/replace < and > with <!-- and -->, and view it in a browser as an HTML file, you'll see the inner XML file, which is more palatable.
