Iran has many important features making it an attractive destination for foreign investors, including extensive internal market and a population of 80 million growing, young, educated and cheap workforce; strategic geographic position in the Middle East; cheap and abundant raw materials, rich natural resources, strong position in the energy and transportation; untapped consumer markets; government support and investment guarantees, and so on.
Any economic activity in Iran, especially for foreign investors, requires infrastructure and platforms in terms of banking, insurance and facilitating the transfer of capital and the relevant legal prerequisites and from this perspective, describing the conditions of entry and exit of capital from the country, as well as banking and legal provided arrangements in this context is an important matter that needs to be discussed between managers of organizations and relevant legal Institutions and investors. Also conditions, laws and insurance coverage of projects and products in the production process, distribution and transit of goods, as well as infrastructure and rules of exchange area for the benefit of investors from the capacity of these areas, is of paramount importance.
