Where empirical studies attempt to formulate generalisations, they are most frequently restricted to observing that translators should know: (1) the language they are translating from, (2) the language they are translating into, (3) the subject matter of the source text (i.e. historical and local realia, the various characteristic traits of the author and, in the case of technical texts, the relevant specialism).

I am a passionate assistant professor at Faryab University and translator/interpreter with over eight years of experience. I have extensive experience as a positive mentor for many students. I am also a skilled researcher with several books and research papers. I am an eloquent, assertive person who enjoys challenges and working under pressure. My most vital skills are my research, communication, planning, assessment, evaluation, monitoring, presenting workshop, distribution plans, translation, interpreting, and writing skills.
