Hallo I received a file in AC 8.0 and have 7.0. The Lite version of this software is free but they are not sending it me. Has anyone any hint about how to do?

Sorry I was unclear. I downloaded and installed the free version but it requires a code and they are not replying to my requests.

Is there any way out?
