Linguistic toolbox error download error

I am getting weird error when I am trying to download Linguistic Toolbox for Translation workspace.
I get - "error while downloading LTBmain.exe"

Got any ideas how to fix this?

I had never heard of the "Linguistic Toolbox" before, but Google is my friend and I found it at http://autoupdate.lionbridge.com/ltb/

So it's a Lionbridge thingie. I had no problem downloading it following the link provided. Once I unzipped the file, I could launch the installation, but it didn't complete because I don't have Translation Workspace.

Which download link do you use, and do you have Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0, which is a requirement?
