Thanks to all the information I got from this forum I was able to download the patch from Microsoft the day before I got the first infected e-mail. I was able to delete it, then I renewed my subscription with Norton right away and got a live-update, which has been putting about 20 e-mails a day into its quarantine section.

I would like to thank you all!

Just go to www.microsoft.com

On the homepage you will find a section \"Downloads\". It lists two patches for Internet Explorer, you will have to read through the descriptions of both to see which one is appropriate for your operating system. Good Luck!
