For some reason, when I click on "Open" in the "File" pull-down to open a document in Word 2010, the window is always maximised. The resize thingy in the bottom-right corner doesn't respond. This problem doesn't occur for other operations such as "Save as". Using Win 8.1.
Anyone know a solution?
