This is what I received from the news on the Seattle TV stations for this URL.

http://www.bestsoftnow.biz/?arcing - This is either pirated software or a scam, according to the TV stations in Seattle, Washington, USA.. This is a site that has no email address for confirmation of anything. If you should order software from them and give a credit card number, this is supposedly a scam to obtain credit card numbers and other info. In addition, according to the TV stations, if you receive any software, it apparently doesn't work.

Also, they do state there is no support available; and if you click on their "contact us" link, you get to this error page:

"The requested URL /CD Cheap with SV for affiliates with spam/kontakt.php was not found on this server."
(Apache/1.3.29 Server at bestsoftnow.biz Port 80)
