Why are you specifically looking for the older version? Because it's cheaper?

Yes, partly because it is (presumably) cheaper, partly because I don't really need 6.5. Also, I only buy software updates when it is absolutely necessary, since I prefer not to take too much part in the industry (i.e. CAT-tools) never-ending spiral of updating, and updating, and updating (am I the only one who feels that way ?).

But - why do you ask ?

It sounds like your reasons to purchase an older version are valid, but for your information, we will be starting a group buy on TRADOS on Monday. You might want to compare your options at that time.
