Hi everyone, my Trados Freelance Personal subscription didn't automatically renew this year - not sure why? - and now I can't seem to renew it online via my account. My account tells me there was a payment error, which seems impossible, and I can't find anyway to update my payment details anyway. Has anyone else had problems renewing this subscription this year? Thanks in advance!
