Wordfast Anywhere: Aligner not working?

Hi everybody,
Today I tried repeatedly to use the WA aligner, with two doc types (.doc) that the aligner has never had problems with (I have used it before). Everything seemed perfect, there were no error messages, the aligner indicated that both files had been processed and aligned, confirmed that the file would be sent to my email (confirmed correct) and then… nothing! No email. No file to to download. Nothing!
Any thoughts?

Another option: Download Mar 2, 2014

Hello wordgirl,

I have the same problem but there is also another option of getting the file: Try "Download".
You can determine where you want to save the aligned file on your hard disk, once downloaded. I could never find out why the e-mailing option does not work for me, either.

Thanks, Éva, for your super-speedy reply, but I guess I was not clear, in that, unfortunately, although WA very sweetly asks me if I would like to download (and) have the file sent, when I click on download the page just goes back to the original, upload files window (as though I had not done anything at all!)…
Mystery!!

(but thanks, again, Éva, for your reply on a Sunday afternoon!)

…and now it's back to working perfectly!! Mar 3, 2014

Update: nearly 20 hours later, all is back to normal, and I have now aligned 5 TMs in a row… NO problems whatsoever, using both downloads and email!

Go figure… But, in the words of the Bard, "All's well that ends well"!
