(Microsoft) LocStudio & Helium localization tools: know them?

A customer has asked if I have locstudio and/or Helium. Is anyone familiar with these localization tools, e.g. how much do they cost, where I can find them online, are they easy to use - what do they do? I\'ve found a shareware Mac tool called Helium sold by a company called Tiger Tech -is that the tool in question? Would that be relevant for me as a PC user?

Microsoft Locstudio and Microsoft Helium Aug 2, 2002

These tools were developed by Microsoft for their own localization effort. Usually, the agency will provide you a copy. I\'m unaware of whether they are commercially available. LocStudio is a pretty decent tool, used for translating software. Helium is usually used for localizing HTML content and it is a real nightmare. Especially when interacting with Trados memories. At least in my experience.
