Is GT4T still supported/maintained?

There is an issue with GT4T not picking the source since yesterday morning. I've sent 3 emails to 2 different email addresses (from the app and from the website), and no answer. Recently, there was a problem, and it was solved within hours.

Do you know if it is still supported/maintained? I'd like to know should I expect an answer and fixing the problem or should I get another MT.
