Anyone familiar with using Wincaps Q4 for closed captions?

Hi, I have always used Wincaps Q4 for Teletext work. I have been asked to produce Closed Captions and deliver them in SCC file format which I have not done before. Has anyone done this before? Also, I found the minimum gap between subtitles option isn't available when I select Closed Captions. Any idea how I can achieve a 1-frame gap? I'd be grateful for any tips. Thanks.
